Newer Terms

oXB         Opposite Side Cross Body Leads:

During regular XB, man is to right of woman. Instead he is on the left.

Also woman will turn half way to right, instead of half way to the left.

oXB         Opposite Side XB                                This is actually a total of 0.5 turns to the right for the woman.

oXB:WRT     Opposite Side XB with WRT (“inside” turn)       This is actually a total of 1.5 turns to the right for the woman.

oXB:2WRT    ?? Maybe we will try it.

oXB:WLT     Opposite Side XB with WLT (“outside” turn)      This is actually a total of 0.5 turns to the left for the woman.

oXB:2WLT    Opposite Side XB with 2WLT (“outside” turn)     This is actually a total of 1.5 turns to the left for the woman.

In the listing of the routines each dot (line) represents 8 counts of the music.

"§§" represents a division between the 1st and 2nd measures (1st measure is counts 1-4, 2nd measure is counts 5-8). This symbol is not used much though.

I changed around the meaning of some terms recently (Sept. 2009) so they might not match exactly the terms used in the older routines. (The terms I changed apply to XB:rev - got rid of it - used to be the term for what is now XB:WRT, and XB:WRT now means XB w/ ½ WRT instead of XB w/ 1.5 WRT.)
